The Goal:

Increase sales by increasing the quantity and quality of leads.

The Challenge:

Commercial Sign Crafters designs, manufactures, and installs architectural signs throughout Northern California. As a new business, Commercial Sign Crafters used a variety of marketing tactics to find and acquire new customers. One significant investment was the development and management of their website. However, initially, simply placing their website online did not generate the flood of prospects that they desired. The question they asked was; “how do we generate highly qualified traffic to our website at a reasonable cost and with a good ROI (Return On Investment)?”.

The Process:

WSI worked with the owners of Commercial Sign Crafters to define their target market, review their existing marketing channels (Yellow Pages, Networking, Cold Calling, etc.), and evaluate their website, as well as the websites of key competitors. Once this assessment was completed, WSI recommended a strategy and campaign budget based upon the guidance provided by Commercial Sign Crafters.

The Solution:

Commercial Sign Crafters implemented WSI Local Adworks (a paid search strategy) and recommended several content revisions and additions to the www.commercialsigncrafters.com website. Implemented services;

The Results:

Significant increase in visitor traffic and the business website has become one of the most cost effective and best lead generation tools. In comparing unique visitors from June 2006 (76 visitors) to June 2009 (344 unique visitors) Commercial Sign Crafters has experienced a 452% increase in average website traffic. Since implementing the WSI Local Adworks program, Commercial Sign Crafters have received 356 telephone calls and 70 emails for products and services, and has provided a significant contribution to the overall increase in visitor traffic.
